Shipping & Delivery

We aim to get your snacks to you as quickly (and as fresh!) as possible. 🍫

Subscription Boxes

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscription boxes are shipped during the first week of each month.

Shipping for all subscription boxes is free within the UK, and you'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your box is on its way.

Shop Orders

All shop orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm will be sent out the next working day.

We send all parcels via Royal Mail 2nd Class or Evri. Both couriers estimate delivery within 2–3 working days.

Please note this is an estimate only and not guaranteed, as occasional delays may occur that are outside our control.

Shipping costs for shop orders are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The weight of your order, and
  • The delivery option you choose — Standard or Express.

Missed Deliveries

It's the customer's responsibility to collect any undelivered parcels from their local Royal Mail delivery office.

Royal Mail holds undelivered parcels for approximately 18 days. Please note that Royal Mail does not always leave a "missed delivery" card for 2nd Class post, so we recommend checking your tracking information regularly for updates.

If a parcel is returned to us because it wasn't collected in time and needs to be resent, an additional postage fee will apply.

Shipping Outside the UK

At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

If you're outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at happy@snackd.co.uk — international shipping may be available at an additional cost.

For businesses ordering snacks for staff outside the UK we can arrange international or bulk deliveries — just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

Delays & Exceptions

We do our best to stick to our usual delivery times, but occasionally delays can happen due to circumstances beyond our control (for example, postal strikes, weather conditions, or courier issues).

If your order seems to be taking longer than expected, please get in touch with us at happy@snackd.co.uk, and we'll do our best to help or provide an update.
