Because our snacks are perishable, we can't accept returns once your order has left us — sorry about that!
If something isn't right with your order
(like it arrived damaged, items are missing, or there's a quality issue), please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery by emailing happy@snackd.co.uk.
To help us sort things quickly, include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect items. We'll review what happened and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
